1. Acceptance

By creating an account or watching content on DramaPetir, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Service Description

DramaPetir is an aggregator that indexes drama listings from third-party platforms (DramaBox, ShortMax, ReelShort, PineDrama, GoodShort) and provides Indonesian-subtitle access. We are not the original publisher of the dramas. We don't host the video files — streaming uses signed URLs from upstream CDNs.

3. Account

  • You must be 13 or older. If you're between 13 and 17, you should use this service with parental supervision.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts violates these Terms.

4. VIP Subscription

  • VIP plans (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) unlock all episodes beyond the free preview tier (typically the first 20% of each drama).
  • Plans are prepaid one-time. There is no auto-renewal at the moment — your VIP expires after the selected duration unless you buy again.
  • Payment is final. We don't issue refunds except where required by Indonesian consumer protection law (UU No. 8/1999). Specifically: if you're unable to access any VIP content for technical reasons within the first 24 hours after purchase, contact support and we'll either resolve the issue or refund.
  • Coupons + commission balance + VIP days can be combined within the limits each system enforces.

5. Referral Commissions

  • Inviting a new user via your referral code earns you 20% of every paid VIP purchase they make.
  • Self-referrals (creating multiple accounts to earn from yourself) are not allowed. Detected self-referrals result in commission forfeiture + account suspension.
  • Minimum cashout: Rp 50,000. Transfers are processed manually within 1–3 business days after admin approval. Bank/e-wallet account details are your responsibility — DramaPetir is not liable for losses due to wrong account info you provided.
  • Commission balance has no monetary value outside the platform until withdrawn. It cannot be transferred to other users.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Re-stream, record, or distribute the videos elsewhere (the upstream CDN tokens are licensed only for personal playback)
  • Scrape our endpoints with automated tools beyond reasonable browsing
  • Attempt to bypass the VIP gate, free-tier limit, or token expiry
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose under Indonesian law

7. Content & Intellectual Property

Dramas are owned by their original producers. DramaPetir does not claim ownership of the underlying content. The DramaPetir brand, UI design, code, and editorial copy are owned by DramaPetir. See our DMCA for takedown requests.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or place undue load on the service. You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided 'as is.' We don't guarantee that every episode will always be available — upstream sources may remove or geo-restrict content without notice. Streaming quality depends on your connection and the upstream CDN.

10. Limitation of Liability

DramaPetir's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be attempted via good-faith negotiation. Failing that, jurisdiction lies with the Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat.
