DMCA / Copyright Takedown

Last updated: 10 Mei 2026

Important: DramaPetir does not host any video files. We index publicly available drama listings from third-party platforms and embed their CDN streams. Removing content from DramaPetir does not remove it from the underlying platform. For permanent removal, please also file a notice with the upstream rights holder.

Filing a Takedown Notice

If you are the copyright owner (or an authorized agent) and believe content on DramaPetir infringes your rights, send a notice to dmca@dramapetir.com containing:

  1. Your legal name, organization (if any), and contact details (email + phone).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (title, episode, original platform, registration ID if any).
  3. The full DramaPetir URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material — e.g. https://dramapetir.com/id/d/dramabox/41000103509/...
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Response Time

Valid notices are processed within 1–3 business days. We will:

  • Remove or disable access to the disputed material on DramaPetir.
  • Forward the notice to the upstream source platform when applicable.
  • Notify the requesting party of the action taken.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@dramapetir.com with:

  • Identification of the removed material and its prior URL
  • A good-faith statement that the removal was a mistake
  • Your contact information and signature

Repeat Infringers

We do not host user uploads, so there are no 'repeat infringer' user accounts. We do, however, track upstream sources that consistently receive takedown notices — and may de-list those sources from our aggregator if patterns warrant.

Misuse

Knowingly submitting a false takedown notice is a serious offense under Indonesian copyright law (UU 28/2014) and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
